About
SleepTrack records EEG through the night and turns it into something you can actually read in the morning: a clear hypnogram, your time in each stage, and a short, plain-language summary. It is built for the curious — people who want real sleep-stage data from their own head rather than a wrist-based estimate.
SleepTrack is an early-access app. It is meant for personal insight and experimentation, not clinical diagnosis. Your recordings stay local unless you explicitly export them.
Features
- EEG-based sleep staging across wake, light, deep and REM.
- Full-night hypnogram you can scrub through stage by stage.
- Morning report summarising total sleep time, latency and stage balance.
- Local export to standard formats when you want to dig deeper yourself.
How it works
SleepTrack buffers your overnight EEG and processes it in epochs, classifying each short window into a sleep stage using a model trained on standard polysomnography features. In the morning it stitches those epochs into the hypnogram and computes the summary metrics. Because it works from real cortical signals rather than movement and heart rate alone, the staging tends to track the actual structure of your night more closely than motion-based trackers.
